An Immersive Jazz-Inspired Leadership Workshop
On August 11, the Colorado Symphony Association, the Atlantik-Brücke Young Leaders Conference and the Bavarian Guild are co-hosting an immersive jazz-inspired leadership workshop at Dazzle, Denver's premier jazz venue. The event brings together 50 Atlantik-Brücke Young Leaders conference participants with 50 invited Denver civic, business, and community leaders for a shared experience unlike any conventional networking event.
The workshop is led by the Daniel Glass Jazz Trio — flown in from New York — and draws on the power of live jazz to explore leadership themes: listening, improvisation, trust, communication under pressure, and leading without a script.
Developed in partnership with Colorado Symphony CEO Daniel Wachter, Playing In Tune has been presented for organizations including Sikorsky Aviation and Sacred Heart University, where it has consistently received an enthusiastic response. Most recently, the trio delivered the workshop during the Colorado Symphony’s NY tour at the beginning of 2026, to powerful effect.
